Our slab cake range consists of long shelf-life ambient sponge cakes, supplied as large pre-cut slabs, flow-wrapped and packed five per case.

This format allows customers to portion the cakes according to their requirements, making them ideal for both desserts and cake servings within public sector catering environments.
